When I have a day off...

… I want to have breakfast with coffee and croissant, to sit in a café and watch the sun paint all things pastel. And just breathe and not think about any schedules and that I have no time and should be doing something else.
This is my biggest wish for months. But it is still winter and wishes still have to wait.

So I finished the costume in time. Didn’t win anything in the masquerade. Got some critique I could take, and some I couldn’t, because in reality it didn’t make much sense to me. *shrugs* I’ll just re-enter it at a different con and be proud of my work regardless. *scoff* I think I did a pretty damn good job on it...

The fact that the site is being shut down so soon after this week’s SOPA/PIPA controversy could indicate that 2012 will be the year that the U.S. federal government really begins to crack down on illegal file streaming.

You can make Skittles Vodka

Instructions
1. Separate your skittles into colours 2. Mix 60 skittles and approx. 180mL vodka in empty water bottles 3. Shake the bottles well and leave them overnight. 4. Lots of white residue will be left, filter this out using a coffee filter or similar. Depending how viscous it is you may have to repeat this step. 5. Chill (in freezer) and serve.
